This code is written in HTML. If you're using a PHP parser to build your pages, make sure to remember to escape the quotes within the code. We've also prepared this code to accept values for the font and background colors of the upload form. To change these, simply change the following arguments:
bgcolor: This variable will change the background color of the form
txtcolor: This variable will change the text color of the form
